Refund policy

We only accept returns if it is an error on our end, wrong size, color, misspelled name, defect, etc. These issues will need to be emailed to our customer service email within 3 days of delivery, after 3 days, we cannot help you. 

We will only issue refunds for the following:

  1. if an item is past ETA date (this does not included shipping time to you. ex: eta is end of august, we ship august 31st but it doesn't get to you until September 4th, that item was still in ETA time.)
  2. wrong item sent, factory defect, damage to the item that was not done by the customer, misspelled item (if item is misspelled on invoice, that is on you! please check invoices BEFORE paying), wrong color, wrong size, etc. 

 

we do not issue refunds for an incorrect address. we also can not change an address after you pay, however, if you contact us needing an address change, we will refund your order and invoices again, you can then put in the correct address. we do not issue refunds for a lost packages immediately. once a packages leaves our hands, it is not in our control anymore, however, we can file a claim for you through whichever shipping provider is used, once we get the insurance claim money, we will then refund you. if a package arrives to you damaged in any way, TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE OPENING. if you do not do so, it is very unlikely an insurance claim can be made.
